Is this table Reserved?

I've been wondering about those "RESERVED" 

signs that are set out on tables at special occasions... 

wedding receptions and the like.

Shouldn't there be some tables marked

 "GREGARIOUS" or "TALKATIVE"

so the rest of us outgoing types know where to sit?
